    Owned by and named after former Ottawa Rough Rider football star Jerry "Soupy" Campbell, Stoopy's is located in the Moss Park area east of Yonge and Dundas. It is exactly what you'd expect; a tribute to football, specifically the one played in the Canadian Football League.
