The exhibition features the life's work of American photographer Paul Strand (1890-1976). His work is considered critical to the history of modern art and forms the core of this museum's modern photography collection. Strand had his breakthrough with his series of abstract and candid street portraits. 250 prints from his extended exploration of New England, Ghana, Morocco, France, Italy and Romania and many other countries are showcased at Paul Strand: Master of Modern Photography.
