    Death Under Glass allows visitors to take a microscopic look at some of the colorful but dangerous causes of death. Medical examiner Marianne Hamel and forensic photographer Nikki Johnson are the artists of the exhibit. The images show human tissue after death through a 1000-times magnified object lens. Every disease and injury got its own significant shape, color and texture.

    Vermeer’s Young Woman Seated at a Virginal

    Johannes Vermeer (1632-1675) was a dutch painter famous for his use of light in his works. Vermeer’s Young Woman Seated at a Virginal was one of his last works and hasn't been displayed in over ten years. The exhibit also features paintings from Rembrand's pupil Gerbrand van den Eeckhout and Frans Hals. All paintings are on loan from the Leiden Collection.

    Patrick Kelly: Runway of Love

    Patrick Kelly (1954-1990) was a renowned American fashion designer. Runway of Love is an exhibit of his bright and elegant clothing designs.  Kelly drew his inspiration from the different cultural influences in his life. He grew up as a gay African American under the loving care of his mother and grandmother in the American South, later moving to New York. Patrick Kelly's creativity and happy outlook on life ended early due to AIDS. Drawings and videos from fashion shows and photographs by Horst P. Horst, Oliviero Toscani and Pierre et Gilles round out the exhibit.

    In Dialogue: Wolfgang Tillmans is an exhibit centered around the photograph Nachtstillleben (Night Still Life) by German artist Wolfgang Tillman. He is known for his nonjudgmental eye of the contemporary world and for his participation in the youthful European counterculture. Seven prints by Tillman are showcased in addition to Nachtstillleben, as well as works by artists including Andy Warhol, Gerhard Richter and Felix Gonzalez-Torres.

    Gerlan Jeans Loves Patrick Kelly is an exhibit featuring the clothing of American fashion designer Gerlan Marcel and her collection for the brand Gerlan Jeans. The collection is inspired by the renowned fashion designer Patrick Kelly (1954-1990). Marcel takes the signature buttons and bows from Kelly's designs and reinterprets them. Her designs are bright, colorful and full of pop culture references.

    The Main Dish explores the association between women and kitchen items. The exhibition showcases all kind of kitchen objects with different designs - each bearing characteristics synonymous with the perfect housewife - polished, organized/contained, decorative/entertaining, efficient and tidy/clean. As a compliment to the showcase, the exhibit shows Martha Rosler's feminist video from 1975, Semiotics of the Kitchen.
