The Hipódromo de Cidade Jardim is located in the neighborhood of the same name. This racing hippodrome was established in 1941 and features four lanes in a closed loop. »Ginásio do Ibirapuera

Also known as the Geraldo José de Almeida, the Ginásio do Ibirapuera is a modern state facilty in the heart of Sao Paulo. Home to some of the biggest sporting meets in the city, this venue is often considered as one of the most sophisticated facilities around. A large arena doubles up as a tennis court, a basketball court as well as an ice-hockey rink. Over the years, this stadium has played host to international events like the Gymnastics World Cup, the World Skateboarding Championships, the Brazilian Para Olympic Games and the International Tennis Championships. »Ibirapuera Auditorium

Located in Ibirapuera Park, this futuristic edifice created by famed Brazilian architect Oscar Niemayer hosts all types of musical shows and concerts. The building is typical Niemayer, wide and exposed with idiosyncratic lines throughout; the entrance is marked with a large, red metal structure that exits violently through the slanted roof. Here in São Paulo it is called the Labareda, which means "flame" or "flare," and like many other works by Niemayer, they are usually either received fervently or detested. Inside the auditorium, the wide space for the stage on the first floor provides amazing acoustics and it has a capacity of about 800. In addition to the glorious stage, the auditorium provides a platform for the next best musicians between the ages nine and 18.
