    »Le Bistango Restaurant

    This restaurant, located in the incomparably-stylish ALT Hotel Quebec City in Ste-Foy, features eclectic post-modern décor and impeccable service. The menu at Bistango offers a variety, one would expect from a hotel restaurant, but of far superior quality. Intriguing appetizers include the Tuna Tataki with asparagus tips and blue potatoes. Main courses include pastas like fusilli with lobster, pine nuts, roasted peppers, pesto and tomato, a variety of steaks and seafood like salmon with spinach, goat's cheese and vinaigrette. The wine list is also a definite point of pride.

    This pub is at the heart of the campus life at Laval University, but offers such a great deal for lunch that it attracts businesspeople and other non-student types. At Pub Universitaire  guests can enjoy a complete lunch with soup, main dish, dessert, and tea or coffee. The lunch menu is varied, from salads to stir-fries, from salmon to chicken. At night, the modern-looking pub, with its metal tables and counter tops and funky lamps, turns into a hopping club, where students enjoy university life to the fullest. The bar is open till 2am from Mondays to Saturdays.
