»Cirque Du Soleil - Quidam

Quidam is a touring production created and performed by the world famous contemporary circus troupe: Cirque du Soleil. Since its humble 1996 premiere under the big-top in the circus' home city of Montreal, Quidam has since transitioned to arena format and has gone on to become one of the company's most world-renowned productions. The show's narrative follows a bored young girl named Zoe and her daydream, which takes the form of a man without a head by the name of Quidam who carries an umbrella and a bowler hat. The story, though written in the Cirque du Soleil surrealist tradition, comes across as an entrancing fantasy for audiences of all ages, and when combined with the company's world-class music, choreography and stunts, Quidam stands as one of the more lasting examples of Cirque du Soleil's artistry and skill.
