Asian Cafe Express is the first restaurant in the Phoenix area to serve up traditional Hong Kong-style Chinese cuisine. The menu is truly astounding, with over 300 total items to choose from. One interesting thing to try is their set regional dinners, where they offer up pre-fixed menus themed to different regions of China, including Canton, Szechuan, and of course Hong Kong, allowing you to experience a meal like you might if you were in those places.
