David O'Doherty is a multi-talented stand-up comedian from Dublin, Ireland who is perhaps best known for his much lauded comedy performances at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and his award-winning 2008 show Let's Comedy. With a highly-developed comic persona that is augmented by the miniature keyboard he brings along with him, David O'Doherty manages to successfully infuse whimsical music into an act that might have been in danger of coming across as too dry and sarcastic without it. However, what David O'Doherty has done is create an ingenious musical comedy act that manages to communicate seriously intellectual humor in the silliest way possible.
