The Outer Space is an art deco-inspired club, bar and music venue in Hamden, just outside of New Haven. It's a great place to kick back and chill out with friends while drinking a local brew. There's live music, open mic nights and plenty of events throughout the week.
Where else could you find a music venue that offers a vintage clothing boutique upstairs? Probably not many places, but The Space in Hamden offers a small performance area (fits about 150 people) with plenty of local bands and theme nights filling out the weekly schedule.
Located at the craft beer bar, The Outer Space, Spaceland Ballroom is a concert venue that plays host to some wonderful performances. Steve Rodgers was not involved only in the conceptualization of this 300-capacity concert space; you can even catch occasional performances by his band Mighty Purple. The Citywide Field House is a large arena used for multiple purposes. 100,000 square feet of space used for fairs, expos, events, fests to name a few. The Field House also features an indoor track, hardwood basketball floor and a sport/athletics floor. The Citywide Field House features seating of up to 3,500, and a large parking space accommodating around 900 vehicles.
Originally a vaudeville hall, but later gutted out, the Lyric Hall is once again a premiere entertainment venue in New Haven. Today, restored to its former glory, the theater now presents musical performances by local as well as major artists. They also present special events like film festivals.

Woolsey Hall is a magnificent auditorium facility at Yale University. The venue was build in 1901 to commemorate Yale's bicentennial celebration, and since then has undergone some major transformations. The venue now has a seating capacity for 2695 guests and is used by the School of Music and Yale Symphony Orchestra for concerts, shows and recitals. The facility is a major asset to the university and serves as an important venue in the art and culture scene.
This private club, famously known as the Mory's Bar Temple, was formerly a home which has been converted into a clubhouse. Mory has been a special gathering place for the students and faculty of Yale University. It offers a mix of classic and contemporary dishes as well as complementing beverages.
