Welcome to the The Superior Pro Wrestling Training Center (SPWTC). The SPWTC was founded in 1991 by Neil Superior, who tragically passed away in 1996. In 1997, John Rambo took over operations of the school by request from NWL Owner/President Dick Caricofe. At that time, the House of Pain Wrestling Federation (HoPWF) was established. Unlike any wrestling school around the globe, SPWTC Instructor John Rambo offered students the opportunity to put what they have learned to immediate use in the HoPWF. Since that time, many schools have adopted the practices and training methods developed by John Rambo. You learn techniques and skills, then get right into an actual wrestling match (before a capacity crowd, each and every Tuesday and Saturday evening). This on the job training provides a tremendous advantage to a newcomer because, when your training is completed, you will already have had a good number of matches.
