Built in 1850 this ornately designed antebellum home is one of the last remaining examples of its kind in Baton Rouge. Located on the Highland Road, the splendid estate also features two pretty gazebos and a beautiful fountain, thus providing the background for most charming private events in the community. Used primarily for romantic weddings, the Mount Hope Plantation can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Located in the Louisiana State University, next to the Tiger Stadium, this Arena seldom goes unnoticed. The LSU Assembly Center renamed it after the passing away of the famous sports star. Also known as the Deaf Dome, this place can accommodate up to 14,000 people at a time. It has been the venue for the NCAA regional basketball tournaments. Apart from sporting events, you may also drive down here for concerts.
This event venue is as laid back as it can get, the property is residential place and hosts various music artists and music band gigs.
