There are ruins galore in this part of the world. This graveyard proves a little more interesting than most, it's rectangular in shape, enclosed by a stone wall and contains the ruins of a Church of Ireland chapel. There's a collection of gravestones dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, many with their inscriptions intact. From an archaeological point of view, the most interesting features are the five gabled mausoleums built in Neo-Romanesque style. Whose remains lie here is unclear, the whole area is built on the site of an earlier church founded by St Senan.
