Located in downtown historic Cookeville, The Funky & Fine Art Gallery features artwork from national and international artists.
The Drama Center is a 458-seat performing arts center with theatrical and musical productions. Also, it is the home of the Cookeville Children's Theatre and a variety of special events.
The Cookeville Depot which is currently treasured as a museum showcases an interesting collection of transport memorabilia. This former railroad depot was built in 1909 and is a designated feature on the National Register of Historic Places. Visit this place for a glimpse of the past.
This historic and picturesque public university has slightly fewer than 9000 students. The areas of study offered include colleges of agriculture, business administration, education, engineering, nursing and interdisciplinary studies.
Concerts and art exhibits by local and national artists are performed in this facility.

Appalachian Center for Crafts has a collection of cabins overlooking Center Hill Lake and serves as a museum and school. The beautiful setting provides inspiration for creative minds and a relaxing backdrop for gallery visitors. Some of the country's finest artisans hold workshops and classes here during the spring and fall. Subjects include wood, glass, clay and metal. Two galleries showcase work from artists around the nation. A dining room in the main hall serves brunch on Sundays.
