An unassuming boxing rink close to the Bakersfield High School, Munoz Boxing Gym is where many amateur boxers train and exchange punches with opponents during matches. However, the programing at this intimate venue is not limited to hosting boxing matches, as it also stages performances of independent punk bands. Walk in for a performances here and you can listen to loud, thumping sounds by bands similar to the ones like BloodKrow Butcher, Carcinogenz, Six Brew Bantha and Suffering Luna, who have performed here in the past. Truly a delight for the underground music lovers!
