Rated 4 out of 5 Hotel needs to add a secondary lock to room doors. Otherwise security is reasonable. There was a big party going on in the banquet room on the 1st floor on the evening we stayed there, and since all of the rooms open to a common pool courtyard is was very noisy until the party ended around 1:30 am. Rated 1 out of 5 The worse hotel I have been traveling to Honduras for the past 11 years.I usually stay at the Hilton Princess but unfortunately they did not have availability.I could had choosen a Hioliday hotel but I decided to try this hotel because the pictures on the website look AMAZING. when I got there the front desk agent was not there. The security guard had to leave his position to find her. when she finally appear she did not welcome me, she did the checking process without saying one word. I had to ask her where the hotel amenities were such as breakfast and the pool. When I got to my room, it was the worse experience that I hever had with a hotel. The room only have a very small unit in a country where the weather in 97 degrees all the time. oh it was mandatory tu turned off anytime I leave the room because it will turn on with the room key, I wish I was gave this information when I check in. The room was DIRTY!!! Carpet was stained and dirty. I waited 20 minutes for the air conditioner to work but never worked. I decided to leave the hotel, I gave the reasons to the receptionist and I told her that I would care if she charged my CC, the manager was there but did not say anything.Honestly the securuty guard provided me a better service!!
