Based on the Disney film of the same name, Aladdin was adapted into a musical theater production that revived the legend for a new generation. Aided by a genie and a magic carpet, a young but clever peasant named Aladdin embarks on his extraordinary quest to earn the love of a beautiful princess. Though he finds his way into the princess's heart, his true identity is exposed by a wicked sorcerer vying for the princess's hand and the power that comes with it. With the same classic songs from the film, Aladdin is a family-friendly, energetic and compelling take on the age-old tale.
