From Washington DC take I-95 South, merge into I-295 S via exit 84A on left. Take I-64 via exit 28A towards Williamsburg / Norfolk / Virginia Beach. Take exit 234 on I 64 for VA-199 E/VA-646 toward Lightfoot. Turn right at VA-199 E. Take the US-60 exit towards Lightfoot. Turn right at Richmond Rd/US-60 E. From Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas take I-95 N and cross over in to Virginia. Merge into I-295 via exit 46. From I-295 merge into I-64 via exit 28 towards Williamsburg / Norfolk / Virginia Beach. Take exit 234 for VA-199 E/VA-646 toward Lightfoot. Turn right at VA-199 E. Take the US-60 exit toward Lightfoot. Turn right at Richmond Rd/US-60 E. From Delaware and Eastern Maryland take US 13 S. Cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and merge into I-64 W towards Richmond / Hampton. Merge into VA 143 E via exit 238. Turn Rt on E Rochambeau Rd, then left at Airport Rd and left again at Richmond Rd.
